We use Australia Post, Sendle & courier companies as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia. All shipments should have a tracking number. For standard shipping please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive. We charge a flat rate of AUD$10.00 for all local standard shipping and AUD$15.00 for all local express shipping as amended from time to time.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Being a small company we cannot accept returns for a refund, though are happy to exchange with the following requirements.
Exchanges and returns are accepted for a store credit only on merchandise within 5 business days of receiving your order. To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
Garments received with make-up stains will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.. Returned merchandise needs to be in as purchased/ new state.
For returns of sale items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at email@example.com.
You will receive a returns authorisation number (RA#)
- RA# on the outside of you packageYour order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note.
For International returns please return within 10 days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside this time, without prior authorisation, the item will not be accepted and returned back to you.
Package must be shipped at customer’s expense, via a trackable method and the tracking details emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process from when the items arrive at JOSH + THOM to the credit appearing in your bank account. We will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment ). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. if your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer care team.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information at email@example.com
Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide an exchange, refund or a credit note. The return policy does not apply for jewellery or underwear due to hygiene reasons.
JOSH + THOM reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.
afterpay purchases returned for a refund online will be refunded back through afterpay. in cases where only part of an order is returned for a refund, afterpay will automatically update your payment plan.
If your return is only eligible for a credit voucher, you will be issued this when your return is completed and continue to make any remaining payments through afterpay.
